What every contractor must prove
Before a contractor can be matched to real projects, they submit documentation that our team reviews by hand. Three things must check out:
Business licence
A valid licence for the work they do. It signals they have met a baseline standard and their work is more likely to pass inspection.
Liability insurance
Current coverage that protects you if a worker is injured on your property or your home is damaged during the job.
Identity
Government-issued ID confirming the person behind the business is who they say they are.
